I think this is key. If he is able to make decisions and influence change then fingers crossed it could be a decent appointment. If his influence and decision making is stymied by the worst DoF on the planet then I won’t hold my breath things will improve on the player recruitment front.

What drives me insane about these idiots is they are incapable of basic critical thinking. They are unable grasp that two things can be true at the same time. It is also true that the desperate and rapidly accelerating decline is entirely down to his son’s mismanagement. You can love and respect what the father achieved and loathe and hate what his son is now doing. How can they not get this basic fact?

It is this bad. I was accused of moaning about KPFC supporters clapping consistently dire performances. The problem, as I see it, is their behaviour is enabling King Power to get away with this because they can claim the supporters are still with them. I understand on some level they think they’re just supporting the players but I now make a direct plea to them to do their own research and see how truly horrific our clubs situation is. We must get Aiyawatt and King Power out of our club and mass protest must be the starting point.

Has anyone noticed any discernible change in style or formation since Cifuentes sacking. It feels the same old one dimensional dismal football that so easy to play against.

I think this must be one of the inescapable conclusions. The football world swirls with chatter and rumour and it would be clear any potential manager considering Leicester would have to take the job within the club self imposed constraints: 1. Must work for Jon Rudkin 2. Must play possession football like Man City 3. Must work with current squad All of the above are imo impossible for any manager, let alone working for King Power should be the biggest red flag of all.
