Agree but I am not sure it would have have unreasonable to enquire about the state of the surface in the lead up to travelling. Perhaps they did and were led to believe it was okay. Not a great look for the club imho.

Sympathy with the club, wow really. A basic due diligence check before travelling would have confirmed the pitch wasn’t up to standard. I have huge sympathy for you the fans that travelled but this is entirely of the clubs own making.

Sorry to hear this mate. What a shambles of a club. At the very least they should be offering compensation for travel/accommodation disruption. It’s not like 1000s have travelled. It’s a small number of diehards. It’s another PR disaster which so easily could have been turned to their advantage with a simple gesture.

I agree, but if you step back even a small step and look at what Leicester has achieved in 10 years, to an outsider it looks nothing short of remarkable/miraculous. What these so called football experts don’t/can’t see is the detail. His reference to Rudkin being here throughout the success betrays his full ignorance. Rudkin was absolutely not responsible for the team than won the Premier League. We, the fans, know it was Pearson and his amazing team. Equally, we know it was Aiyatwatt’s father that is manifestly responsible for what the club achieved. Putting all that to one side and begrudgingly given the boy credit for the FA cup success doesn’t forgive his abject failures since.

In some sort of perverse way this may be a good sign. If the club are not maintaining the infrastructure it might be the case they are simply not putting capital into an asset they are soon to be selling. If it means seeing the back of the little amoeba and sidekick I’ll live with faded seats.

Abdul is a super mercurial talent, blighted by his ACL injury and demoralised by a club in a downward spiral of misery and failure. I wish him nothing but the best in his future career.

There is a lot of valid and justified pi$$taking about this but what an opportunity for the club to re-engage with young fans. I know old b@stards like me would rather stick needles in my eyes than watch Thomas, Choudhury and Faes in an open training session but anything that reconnects our younger fanbase is to be applauded.
