Yes he is. Soumare is legitimately one of the worst players I have ever seen wear the shirt, when we go down to League 1 he still won't be good enough He is ****ing dire. He can't pass, he can't tackle, he can't run, he doesn't track back, he can't read the game. He is a complete waste of space. He offers nothing going forward, nothing defensively and our midfield is a gaping maw whenever he is "playing"
