Those Man Utd. physios look like they drink blood.

Forest are coming back down to earth pretty quickly, could be 8th if either Spurs or Fulham win tomorrow.

ok ok ok, maybe wolves actually are shit and we shouldn't be worried about them catching us

What is the opposite of the Hand Of God?

Wolves' defence is absolutely shocking from set pieces!

It was a bit of a loaded question really - i think one look at the fixtures and most people's heads will say Everton if it can't be a draw, but noticed there are a few that would prefer Wolves for some reason

He certainly has one of the best crosses I've seen from a full-back since Fuchs. Even in the dog days of Cooperball he was putting in some really tricky balls low and fast across the six-yard box. It''s something different from the usual ones lofted in slow-motion to the back post. He's not 100% consistent with them but when they land they're a real weapon. He also has a good eye for a through--ball - set McAteer away a few times yesterday, and while it wasn't a perfect ball and relied on a rare bit of quick thinking from him, he had the vision to set Daka away for #3.

The way Crystal Palace go on about it, you'd think they've registered a trademark against "We Love You"

Everton - Wolves - what are we hoping for? A draw? Looking at the upcoming fixtures (Wolves play West Ham at the weekend, then Ipswich, then us) I think if one team has to win it might be preferable for Everton to nick it. As spawny as they can be under Dyche, their next four after this are Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea. They ain't getting much out of those. I'd rather we get to the Wolves game with our noses still in front of them if possible.

I've been telling James Justin to shoot the runner all season but he's still not listening to me

10 more goals and we start the Owen is Over party

To be honest, on the showing of the last two games I'd stick with Coady in there, he was the best of a bad bunch at Brentford and if RVD has the sense to sit our pairing deep to account for the lack of pace, him and Vestergaard look plenty competent and last night showed the graft completely lacking from Wout's game at present. Perhaps rotate one of him and Okoli with Vestergaard the ever-present, as we'll need to keep legs fresh during the festive fixture onslaught. The real elephant in the room is the right back situation - do we persist with Justin, who was better last night but still like a rabbit in headlights at times and gifted them numerous chances during a few periods? A few here want to see Choudhury given a go in that position, but I'm skeptical whether or not it's going to fix how porous we are down that side.

I guess it was a fairytale too far for Bobby fvckin Reid to get on the scoresheet Regardless, a massive three points in the circumstances that finally puts a small bit of daylight between us and the bottom three after a torrid few weeks. Lovely to see some direct attacking threat from us, our right hand side remains a bombscare and was once again the source of much of the 31 (!!!) shots we faced. Amazing to see a manager make proactive changes at sensible times in the game too. Daka gets half an hour instead of ten minutes and we get that display - awesome stuff. But Kristiansen, Soumare and Bilal the real contenders for MOTM, plus Mads but at this point we're so bad defensively that it's a standard performance for him to pop up with 3-5 game-changing saves. 😬 Wasn't pretty but it was exciting. I still expect absolutely nothing from Brighton at the weekend, but this was the one we needed to win this week, so if we get even a draw we are absolutely cruising all of a sudden.

Actually scratch that, he didn't score the first one under Smith either... are we even counting that as a full appointment though?

I hope you're prepared for an unforgettable luncheon

Spoke to a few sets of West Ham fans since I got into town and they're not confident at all. The consensus is to expect a bit of a thriller with both defences purely there to make up the numbers. On that basis I'm gonna say a 3-3 tonight.

Heard it's spread to the surrounding area now. When asked why, the fire responded that it wanted to burn more streets.

Back 3 with Hamza in there, or would that be him at RB with Justin moved to the left? Struggling to see who the other wingback would be otherwise

Who will benefit most from Ruud's presence ?

Rudkin must have been in post for about 14 years now and has done similar damage, so there's a valid comparison in there -
While I'm glad to see Tamworth through and giving local non-league some rep, I am also bricking it at the prospect of a Tommy Tonks throw against our backline
-
Tamworth find a quick equaliser though, 1-1 there!

Shoutout to the BBC for skipping this one for the TV pick. Here's your game of the round but nah, just like with Coalville they'd rather pretend local teams in our neck of the woods don't exist so they can put London clubs on instead. Was anyone really salivating at the prospect of Dagenham & Redbridge vs. Wimbledon over this?
