  1. I mean I dont really care, either way its shit! Just seems strange how none in the Premier League has fallen foul of it until now though, something has changed. The way they are talking it could be 6 clubs with deductions next year. Its practically unsustainable for championship clubs to spend money on promotion and not break the stupid idiotic big six protectionist rules, hence why you get 3 teams going down and 3 teams coming up (except the anomalities Luton and Ipswich fighting against the odds who will probably be punished for something) . Due to the differing rules in EFP and Premier League and the huge disparity in TV revenue, obviously the relegated clubs will also have a bigger turnover than the championship during the parachute period too. Its an absolute cluster**** of a shambles. If this crap is dead theres literally nothing worth watching in football. I couldnt care less about the Manchester derby or whatever the media will be jizzing off about this week, Its been dying for a long time and for me if this continues its the final nail in removing any possibility of compteting and dreaming. Whats the point of going? Its funny how it takes them years to 'investigate' Man City, Chelsea and co but the challengers they are all over like a rash. Its probably the dumbest, most poorly thought out crap set of rules anyone has ever introduced.
  2. I dont think it particularly been enforced until recently as far as I am aware. The whole thing is a sack of crap regardless, it needs to get in the bin. Its not improving the game, I have no issue with things that improve the game but this is having the exact opposite, its the noose around the neck of ever club except the rich six.
  3. I think that FFP being introduced during the peak covid years also seems probably one of the dumbest things ever. Its just a shit show designed by muppets.
  4. Hopefully he goes full pep and tells them bullshit until proven otherwise.
  5. Sadly I think the prudent spending went out the door as soon as Pearson and co left the club, they were the real drivers behind the sustainable setup that won the league. I think Rudkin is out of his depth. The club gambled on the wrong horse with the mortgage and the bet didnt come in.
  6. Maybe it was but had Rodgers walked to Arsenal when we were peak Rodgersball at that point everyone would have criticised the owners for having no ambition, really cant win.
  7. He'd probably be turning in his grave at what a corrupt wankfest football has become. No place now for people like Vichai to have a dream of building a football team, else the corrupt authorities will slap you down for daring to believe.
  8. Probably better to take the points hit and tell the EFL and Premier corruption league to go fook themselves and their wank rules.
  9. That's what they have to do, but it often a lot bigger than increasing the capacity. Gate receipts are really small fry. I do worry about Leicesters ability in commercial areas, some of the operations for a multimillion pound business are shambolic operationally.
  10. They did but you also have the problem of big six clubs being able to take academy players for nothing. It's certainly right to invest in training, the academy and young players. I just feel this is having the absolute opposite effect to what it should, the playing field needs to be levelled but not based on a clubs turnover. Villa are a big club, potentially as big as city, spurs or Chelsea yet they are restricted, same with Newcastle. Why should clubs who became big before the rules by buying it have a massive advantage in this supposedly 'fairer system. Its broken and in danger of destroying the game in my opinion. If so many clubs are breaking the rules, you have to question if the rules really work.
  11. I'd maintain it gets in the bin, it's a load of shit. If the mad Forest Chairman wants to buy a load of player that's up to him. Man City and Chelsea can buy everyone regardless, will find some shity loophole. Its a load of bollocks. I don't agree with it, its punishing the disrupters and rewarding the greedy six. Football is dead in its current form.
  12. I'm not sure what it achieves though. I think any club that trys to compete is gonna be shafted, so all this does is maintain the big six? How is that good? Same with the EFL championship clubs can't compete bar the odd miracle like Ipswich, I suspect the teams coming down will always be able to outspend the rest because of PSR. Most Championship clubs are basically insolvent as the TV money is really the only thing paying for the Premier league.
  13. Can anyone meet the rules except the mega money big six though?...see the problem for smaller clubs. Can't buy players or you have to sell your best players. Cant grow your revenue unless you are better. It's ****ing backwards.
  14. Did they though? Sack Rogers costs money, can't comply with the stupid rules, cant buy players, can't pay off players. FFP and PSR is a sack of shit. It's time ALL clubs boycot this big six loving/protection racket. This was done because of Leicester the big six don't want another disruptor. I'm no fan if Rudkin but I do some what think they risked trying to go up a level as fans expected, Brenda ****ed it up.
  15. But then Man City, Chelsea and co just buy everyone instead. I think FFP is incredibly poorly thought out, Man City wouldn't have become what they are without FFP. Maybe there should be some caps, but FFP disproportionately affects smaller clubs who can not quickly increase long term turnover. There is a huge void between the Premier League and Championship and it seems to be growing. There's a problem in football but FFP and PSR ain't gonna fix it.
  16. It does make my worried whether this absolute circus might explain the absolute nosedive in performances recently.
  17. It doesn't matter who owns the club. We will still be bound by the same shit FFP and PSR rules designed to protect the big six from 'Leicesters'
  18. FFP and PSR need to get in the ****ing bin. They are screwing the wrong clubs. It's a load of shit, time for mass protests until this shit is cancelled until they think of a way to stop it favouring the big six, it's killing football, they don't want Leicester, they don't want any club competing or trying to compete. We have to abide and sell our best players every year, get to ****.
  19. I'm still genuinely surprised. It wasn't exactly a vintage performance and I'm still far from convinced. Bit of luck taken we probably don't win tgat after 75 minutes of absolute honking football.
  20. Got to play a lot better.
  21. There bad results and there's atrocious performances. This side don't have the mentality of that Ipswich side, today's result was lucky. Hull will be a different kettle of fish, side pushing for playoffs, some good loans
  22. We were passing around at the back from 60 minutes against QPR created nothing.
  23. They've only lost 4 games. It's pretty impressive, everyone has bad periods. But they were a league 1 side against 3 teams with huge resources. Fair play.
  24. There is no way on earth Ipswich don't finish above us, no way. Different class in all honesty.
