Gives us something to be excited about, rather than the same, tired faces.
Arguably, Man City are the only other team with training facilities as modern and high-tech as Seagrave; evidently, they maximise the potential from the facilities. Better still, Maresca has had a chance to see how the best coach in world football uses them to get the best possible results. Judging by the way Tielemans was running towards the end of the season, Dean Smith probably reintroduced Bovril as part of player recovery. Will be good to have someone in with a modern philosophy and knowhow to make the most of the high-tech facilities on offer.
With an entirely new squad, Maresca can build a new culture too - one that doesn't constantly need to refer back to our PL winning success; that era is over. We need a new one now.
