I have mixed feelings, I want McDavid/Canadian team to win the cup, but I find Edmonton so annoying.

Sad to see that the "Mad Max" franchise is dead in the water because of how poorly Furiosa did in the box office even though it is a really good movie, I have heard it is on par with fury road, but then you have a franchise like "Venom" still going even though it gets bad reviews, just because it makes a lot of money.

Looks like the Avalanche run in the playoffs is over. To lose nichuskin hours before a crucial game 4 was a huge gut punch, again he is gone for another off ice issue, hopefully he can get the help he needs and he can kick the bad habit.

I think it was the culmination of the past few weeks during the regular season and that 7-0 loss to the jets a few weeks ago, I was just checked out on georgiev, also I didn’t think Hellybuck would be this bad, hopefully this is not the decline for him because the jets are stuck with him for another 8 years. I think the leafs should’ve traded marner last off season, before nmc kicked in, keep Willy and Matthews. I am sure marner could’ve gotten a decent return with good depth/defensive players. One more year with Tavares, so they’re stuck with him. Also, keefe should’ve just gone with woll last game, he is going to lose his job and samsonov is not coming back next year so might as well just gave him his shot.

What is the point in the challenge cup? Is that cup held in high esteem along with the British championship? In the NHL the the Stanley cup is all that matters, i don't think any team cares for the president trophy, the only reason they want to be the number 1 team because they want home ice advantage throughout the entire playoffs.

Disappointed they brought Hugh Jackman back for this, but I will for sure be going to the theaters to watch this movie.

Well that sucks, guess being in the premier league has spoiled us, I was expecting DAZN to show all EFL matches. Quite pricey, pay over 200 CAD for DAZN to watch what sounds like might be 10-20 games, and then another 200 for the Foxes Hub (still can't believe this is the official name) for the remainder of the games. Anyone know any bars or places in Toronto that would show Leicester matches?

Agreed. The main issue is the NHL they can't market the sport properly. They can't even get it together to host a world cup. It would be great if the IIHF and NHL could work together to host better international tournaments. It sucks that the world champions happen every year and during the NHL playoffs so all the best players will be unavailable. Also, even though I am against NHL in the Olympics, it is clear that the players should go and participate.

I support the Colorado Avalanche...it was great in the beginning then shit in the middle now it is great again. I don't think the central division has gotten that strong over the off season, so it shouldn't be too difficult to get into the playoffs, unless injuries become a problem again. Hopefully the new additions will add greatly to the team. Johansen, the 2c they have been needing since Kadri left, Drouin, from what I have heard, looks like Nate was really pushing for the Avs to bring him, so I hope they get to play together and make a huge impact, Colton and Wood will hopefully be good additions to the bottom 6 and make for great depth players. I am not sure how big hockey is in England, but I always thought the NHL should market quite a bit there, I think if they held the NHL world cup of hockey there with all the superstars, people would go, may be build a bigger following there, maybe the NHL can work with the major league and over the summer bring some of the big nhl teams and play some exhibition matches or hold a global series over there.

With DAZN the only one who carries EFL games in Canada, can anyone confirm if DAZN show all EFL games?

Does anyone know how to avoid getting a ton of injuries? I haven't gotten through pre-season and already players are missing out on a few weeks. Do I need better fitness coaches/Doctors/sports science/ physiotherapists? Also the way the team is set up, it shows intensity levels are pretty high. I try to rest them to avoid injuries, but does not help that much.

Even though I don't support either team, I would've preferred Florida to win, they have been around a long time in a market that isn't big on hockey and they have not gotten into financial situations like a certain team in the west, they worked hard to get into the playoffs and then went on to beat the Bruins ( greatest season team of all time ), Leafs (3rd best team in the league) and Canes (2nd best team in the league). Also, I am not a big fan of the Golden Knights, not because they are based in Las Vegas, but the way they have treated some players in the past, the constant trading of players and what looks like exploiting the LTIR loophole to get decent players. Hopefully the Avs will be able to use the LTIR money from Landy and get some guys (2nd line center/depth players) to go for another cup next year.

I need help, I just started to play this game and I am managing in the Germany League (Hoffenheim). My question is about the youth team/b team. I have some players who have high potential ability, but they are on the Under-19 team and B team, do they grow if they are constantly being played on those teams or would it be better if I sent them out on loan? At this time, I don't have much space for them in the first team, they would be playing very infrequently, don't want them doing nothing. Thanks for the help.

I am nervous Edouard will have a good game against us, and people will react with "why get Daka, when we could've gotten Edouard".

Hopefully Norris learns from this 1 mistake and will trust his team a bit more on a judgement call like this. Yeah, I thought it would be fine and then all of a sudden in 1 lap the whole race track looked flooded.

Is this where McLaren should've been more forceful to get norris to pit?

If Daka isn't starting for premier/cup games, they should at least have him start as main forward for Europa matches.
