  1. Is Ryan manning ever not right next to the ref, proper dick.
  2. My guess would be something about sexuality.
  3. Someone's said something to Ayling obviously.
  4. Lots of bellends on this pitch
  5. Problem for me, and I reckon a lot of others, is I'm a bit of everything. Probably even reform if I'm honest. Makes it difficult to vote. I try to judge each local candidate on their merit, not the party they represent but even that is difficult sometimes. My local MP seems a decent guy and has local interest at heart, which is enough for me to probably vote for him again if there was an election now.
  6. Does anyone remember a time when a prime minister wasnt called to resign by someone? Is it time we introduced a transfer style window maybe at the mid point of a term where the prime minister can be judged on a significant time period Too simplistic im sure and I'm not one for politics so don't go beyond headlines but feels like so much time and effort is spent 'saving the job' rather than doing anything else. That goes for Starmer and those before him.
  7. So how is Mourinho ending up back at Real Madrid
  8. Will probably end up travelling around being 12th man for the England test series
  9. Legend, but we need to move on. The more reminders we have of where we used to be, the more depressed I'll be. And plus he's earnt the right to not have to put up us right now.
  10. How has the Hull side we played a few weeks one game from the premier league? That's football I guess One off game anything can happen, but it would be a big shock if one of boro or Southampton don't go up.
  11. In that sense, I think so because it was so slight that it could have easily gave a penalty away.
  12. Just about touches it. Lucky really.
  13. Growing up when I played it was all about being 'touch tight' but it was never holding. Needs to get back to that but it's been allowed to go too far so I can't see how it can. Of course before VAR and constant cameras looking at everything, you'd get away with a bit of pulling or blocking but it was nothing like it is now with instances like Trossard where his sole role is to hold and block. Not even care where the ball is. Why and when did defenders putting their arm around the waist of an attacker even become a thing that was accepted?
  14. Just looking through the other scores - Glamorgan number 11 went in as night watchman it seems and now he's 30 off 180 balls But is seeing them home for victory up to this point
  15. Try and smash to a 150 lead then you never know
  16. I get the time thing with this one as it was a crucial decision and they did have to explore everything. Football needs to do something about the grappling from corners but how? People will say just give free kicks but How do you decide which foul is the most worthy? and fans will soon complain about soft ones. Gone so far we might have to just have to get rid of corners
  17. Raya goes into the traffic in the first place, and Trossard is holding Pablo without looking at the ball. **** football.
  18. You'd back Celtic to beat hearts at home so probably going to need Motherwell to pull out a result midweek
  19. Was always going to be a difficult season, I'm happy we are generally competing but just not being good enough. One of our better players carrying drinks in the IPL isn't helping.
  20. For a club of our size and the academy set up we have, we should be loaning players to league 1 sides. If they aren't good enough to play for us this season, will they ever be?
  21. Mahrez, Kante and Vardy for a time were all world class at what they did.
  22. I still think he will avoid being PM, if it looks like he'll win he'll stand down. It's not stopped anyone before but surely there are far too many skeletons in his closet.
  23. As worrying as a Reform government is, it's up to the other parties to show they should be voted for instead and they are shit at it. I think 'reform' is a great name for a party because enough people have clearly had enough of the way politics in this country and it does need re-forming, but it's a shame it potentially could come in the likes of Farage and co. In my un-educated mind a greater share of councillors from different angles and opinions ought to be a good thing, but they'll all just tow the party line and nothing will get agreed.
  24. I know it's a bit tinpot but happiest I've been after a football match for ages
