Regardless of Mandaric, Pearson in League One got everything spot on, recruitment etc which is exactly why the following season we reached the playoffs. Last year you could argue aside from the PSR shit (which stems back to the years prior to last season) wasn't awful, they appointed a manager to play a certain way, signed players to fit his style and ultimately achieved the objective, they undid that straight away when Enzo left though.
