We're expecting mediocre CBs to play from the back with no support from the midfield. The latter is so bad they're playing every single ball backwards putting extra pressure on the back 4. As I said in his Belgium international games he was good and way more reliable.

We had a lot of fans a few years ago giving the stick and criticising Tielemans (even for his weight). I'm not saying Faes is a top CB but when the back line is constantly on pressure because of a non existent midfield unit you can't blame him. Let's ask Maldini how confident would have been with a midfield of Skipp and Soumare.
