I think Cannon will only get on when we are pissing a match. And I think that's probably right at the minute. Our experienced strikers are really struggling to impose themselves this season, so if he starts and has a similar barren spell the fans will get on his case and the idea that he's shit will soon start whiffing about, even though it might be a system issue. And if he doesn't start and we're in need of a goal I think Enzo will go for the experienced/proven striker for half an hour rather than lump the pressure on Cannon. He'll have to be played come January, but before that I think Enzo will want to introduce him in a no/low pressure situation, ie 2 or 3 up with 25 minutes to play. We've just not had many since Cannon got back to fitness.
Of course he'll start on Saturday now.
