I'm not a hater but giving context he's scored 2 penalties in his last 2 appearances and done nothing else. Now whilst scoring goals is obviously nothing to be scoffed at, if somebody else were on pens you'd really be reaching for what he's contributing given the expectations leveled at him.

On that second chance where he checks back inside, to be fair to him I think he's expecting the defender to come sliding across for the block and his check inside would have left him with an easier shot if the defender had done so. Unfortunately the defender didn't have the energy to do that at that point in the game so instead of cheekily taking him out of the game he's blown the opportunity. He'll suss it.

I'd say Vesty, as a turnaround. There were still plenty of fans who were onside with Wilf even if he were to remain as a ball winning defensive shield. Everyone and their cat wanted Vestegaard buried. Plenty still wanted him out after the first 5 games. Some weirdos probably still do.
