I’ve been to Seagrave two weekends on the trot, and the highlights of both visits have been watching our youth. They have more desire and talent, and demonstrate it well - even during a pointless friendly. Any new signings need to be bloody impressive to make them worth knocking the youth down the pecking order. If we relied heavily on Monga, Alves, Page, Aluko, Nelson, Marcal and Evans next season, I’d be a happy guy. I also never want to see Ayew, Daka, Skipp, Faes and Winks in a city shirt again.
