  1. Ward, with his trademark no-look star jumps, single-handedly revolutionised the way we think about goalkeeping. A man truly ahead of his time.
  2. Anyone else remember the no-look save attempts? Signature Ward.
  3. Don't think we'll ever see a goalkeeper in top tier football with worse positional awareness than Ward.
  4. Off the team RM built. It’s very difficult to find a worse manager than RM.
  5. What's crazy is that Pep went on the worst losing streak of his career after that statement, they never fully recovered from that.
  6. No more Vardy, a squad full of unsellable donkeys, PSR breathing down our necks, and our managerial options seems to be either RVN or Russell Martin. Has there ever been a stronger case for just folding the club and calling it a day?
  7. It won't be Enzoball or even a poor mans version of that. Russell Martin is a coach playing pretend-Pep after a crash course on YouTube. No plan B, just passing drills until we gift-wrap a goal. I'd genuinely rather have Mike Stowell in if that was our only other option.
  8. Best moment of the game so far. Horrendous goalkeeping btw
  9. None of these two deserve to win. Abysmal football, like watching the Championship playoffs
  10. This. Shocking, absolutely shocking if true. I remember them having one of the highest possession percentages in the first 10 games of this season, yet the fewest attempts on goal. How did they "achieve" that? Endless backpasses and sideways passes until the opposition is gifted a goal. Rinse and repeat. I ****ing hate this club.
  11. My father-in-law supports Saints, so I’ve sat through a few games with him, and I can honestly say Russball is the worst kind of football I’ve ever seen. Yes, even worse than Cooper’s no-tactics-at-all approach and RVN’s ‘**** knows what that was’ setup. Russball is endless sideways passing at the back to pad possession stats, while the opposition just sits, waits, and picks you off the moment the defenders inevitably **** about with it at the back and hand the opposition a goal on a plate.
  12. Put like that, it’s almost impressive, you’ve got to actively try to be that negligent. And it wasn’t just the boardroom circus. The coaching decisions have been just as brainless. We’re the only club in the world who's daft enough to give Ward 26 games consecutive in the top flight, get relegated because of it, and then hire a manager so unprepared and clueless that he thought: lets give Ward another go.
  13. The last two pillars were Kasper and Vardy. Perhaps it's now Daka and Ayew's time to shine?
  14. Maybe this played a part in it:
  15. Not Spurs fans though.
  16. I have to strongly disagree with the above. If you look at what he’s said about the club since leaving, it’s clear he never wanted to go (he's since then stated that several times, BBC interview and on The Overlap). When asked about Leicester, he said the club meant everything to him - or something along those lines. During the 22/23 season, he even mentioned how hard it was to watch our decline, saying it genuinely hurt him.
  17. End of an era. all good things must come to an end
  18. Stol’s passing is shit
  19. Vardy’s played every game this season, he would have scored more if we had used him a suber-sub like Enzo did. I reckon a smart manager could get one more PL season out of him.
  20. The journey. Trophies. Loyality. It will never be repeated again.
