Thing is, we already have a 19 year old AM, who is permanently contracted to the club, and actually supports the club. Cant help but think, if we wanted to go down the youth route, why not look at what we already have?

My god I have not missed hearing Matty Fryatts post match summaries. Surely they can get someone better than him. Or at least tell him to speak with more enthusiasm and not state the obvious.

Not sure how much of a part this has to play in professional football, but he is a Leicester fan. We saw it a certain extent last season with KDH and his decision to stay. He has plenty of time in his career for greed, and he might decide that the next few years are for him to live his childhood dreams (and for any Leicester fan, that would be to become a regular starter for the club we love).

Annoying part is… they can’t blame anyone else. It’s the clubs friendly, they have the rights. They could put it on for free if they wanted. imo they’d make more money putting it on for £2 as more people would buy it. I honestly doubt there’s one person on this planet interested in spending £10 on a Shewsbury Town friendly.

A bit off topic but.. I think they’re great. Met them about a year ago as they were supporting Tom Meighan in London. Was wearing a Leicester top and they came and said hi after they came off stage. I recon they do When You’re Smiling cover, adding a bit more energy than the Jersey Budd version.
