Burnley lost 3 matches last season.

No one needs to be ultra pos or neg, lets just have a good game and look for a win. Too many people already looking for ways to get upset over nothing.

Too many pessimists in this thread..

Bit of History: Southampton 0-9 Leicester

The Aftermath Leicester moved up to second in the table, while Southampton dropped to 18th. As the match took place two days before the first anniversary of the 2018 Leicester helicopter crash, several players dedicated the win to their late owner, who died in that incident. Southampton players and coaching staff later donated their wages from the day of the game to a charity run by the club, Saints Foundation. -

During the Match Ben Chilwell opened the scoring in the 10th minute. Leicester were 3–0 up by the 19th minute, thanks to Youri Tielemans and Ayoze Pérez. Pérez added the fourth on the 39th minute, with Jamie Vardy scoring on the stroke of half-time to send Leicester into the break ahead 5–0. Pérez completed his hat-trick on the 57th minute, with Vardy adding his second and Leicester's seventh a minute later. James Maddison scored a 85th minute free-kick before Jamie Vardy completed his own hat-trick with a penalty four minutes into stoppage time. The final whistle blasted after the penalty was made. It was only the second time in Premier League history that two players scored a hat-trick for one team in the same game. -
Introduction On a rainy Friday night away at St Mary's stadium in 2019, Leicester beat Southampton 9-0, equalling Manchester United's 9–0 win against Ipswich Town in 1995 for the largest win in the history of the Premier League. The result also set the new record for the biggest away win in the history of English top-flight football. Fifteen months later, on 2 February 2021, Southampton were beaten 9–0 again, this time to Manchester United. Leicester started the match being 3rd in the table, level with Chelsea on 17 points but ahead on goal difference.

We would invest in a super squad if we got promoted, what are you on about

Crazy how the two players who have been frozen out (Daka and Souttar) have both just scored for their international teams, despite one even being a defender. I wonder how Maresca will proceed now.

@LCFCJohn @JimJams With us, its not a short term fix. Players see our journey and what has happened, they see our history, they also see our plans and capabilities to get back to our heyday. With a confident owner who is fully backing his new manager, Leicester are in the long-game. Short-sighted players might want to kick the ball around in the Champions League with Turkish clubs, its not like they will go far in that competition if we're being real. Whereas Leicester actually look like a club that can go on to achieve bigger things.

You're underrating Leicester's pull and the money aspect too.

I fear Ndidi's international performance is going to make Enzo start him again instead of Casadei
