Napoli Roma Not minnows, but winnable games we didn’t even bother to try to win- especially Roma away -

With your obsession of Forest and mine of that dwarf, it’ll be good to see our worlds collide 😂 A couple of Forest fans I’ve seen really really don’t want him anywhere near their club. Seems like he’s held in less regard with clubs he’s never managed than he is with ones he has managed -

Sounds as if there’s rumblings of Rodgers to Forest. Can we just skip forward two years if this comes true -

He doesn't do tactics anymore. He's coached us to play in a certain way and we will now play that way 100% of the time against every team, which is usually enough against the plodders and therefore acceptable to the board no matter how eye bleeding it gets. Possession-above-all tactics are on the way out, and by extension so is Rodger's time as a manager of note. Another one Donovan and Murray should start every game from now on but won't Rodgers is a dick im sure someone in here called him an analogue manager in a digital world -

I’m currently in an argument with one Leicester fan on Facebook who’s angry at the likes of me for hounding Rodgers out as he was keeping us up. 🤣🤣🤣 -

In retrospect, being unable to score in 210 mins of football against 11 farmers I should’ve never been angry at Brendan for being unable to score in 180 mins against Roma It all makes sense now. -

Yeah, it’s definitely lesson (haha) learnt and I’ll be doing things differently next summer. Ive put 36 cards in so far this year since April at my home course. 🤣🤣 I dread to think how many casual rounds I’ve played too- Easily another 20-30 Absolutely screams ‘single man’ doesn’t it 😆

Who’d have thought in a transfer window that signing nobody but being able to offload (so far) about 5 first team squad players would be classed as a cracking window. It shows precisely how bad our recruitment has been for the best part of a decade now. I’d be well up for demoting Soumare, Faes, Winks and Vestegaard to the reserves, and replacing them with youth players, even if that means playing those youth players slightly out of position.

This would be sensational business, made better by it being Forest we’d be doing over -

Yet Notting Hill never gets the vilification and condemnation an England away trip gone wrong gets. To say nothing of the difference in severity of the crimes either. Generally speaking it’s a handful of louts being D&D at an away game. Not stabbing someone

https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/glastonbury-festival-reported-crimes-arrests-10307985 145 crime reports 31 arrests Over a 5 day period.

Well I naively didn’t think bad habits would creep back in when of course they do 😅 My daft decision came about because I basically want/need to get my monies worth out of my membership during the summer. You can grind on the range 3x a week after work in December but you can’t play 18 holes (assuming the course is open!)

Good game that. One that lived up to expectation for once. Neither team fannying around with the ball at the back either. Was just like the good old days -
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cpdj7lnx40xo Only 423 arrests this time round. Just 46 folk carrying knives. 18 sex offences and 2 stabbings. Result I can only imagine the headlines and uproar if this had been an England away trip. Edit- I forgot about the 11 guns too

Newcastle are actually having a go though. There’s been far worse games than this this season so far
