  1. Oh right, clearly you didn’t read what was previously highlighted. Let’s not include Ndidi that plays in midfield then when he has started 15 we have got 14 points
  2. Man City, PSG Set Sights on Leicester City Wonderkid to Bolster Youth Ranks https://psgtalk.com/2025/01/man-city-psg-jeremy-monga/amp/
  3. Leicester City and Brentford are looking to do a deal for a Newcastle United defender who is expected to leave the club this month, according to journalist Alan Nixon
  4. Yeah it’s a bit of an outlier as a stat, he came on as a sub in one game against arguably the worst team in the league and had an impact. Ignore the 13 he started where we got 4 points and the 4 he missed where we got 4 points. Maybe bring him on as a sub then
  5. That he has started 13 games and we haven’t won any of them, and responding to someone that we played dreadful in his absence even though we gained a point a match as opposed to 0.3
  6. Yet has he managed 5 goals Gordon has started about 17 and has 5 goals in double the minutes
  7. Thats why I said started
  8. As someone previously stated he has started 13 and we haven’t won any of them and we have gained 4 points, Just 1 assist in those games. Funnily enough you say we looked dreadful when he was injured but we actually picked up 4 points in those 4 games.
  9. About 2 years younger than Vardy
  10. Brentford and Leicester City have both shown an interest in Troyes youngster Cyriaque Irié and could provide competition to Lens for the 19-year-old. That’s according to Foot Mercato, who report that while the French side have been ‘seduced’ by the youngster, they may have to move ahead of Brentford and Leicester to get him. The website reports that Irié, a left winger who can also play on the right, is seen as a player who has ‘immense room for improvement’ by his suitors. Lens are keen on him as they look to strengthen this summer, but they will have to fight for his signature with the likes of Brentford and Leicester. They, alongside the likes of RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund, have already made inquiries about the youngster. Bologna and AC Milan have also shown an interest in him. Irié is currently valued at around €6m so all of those clubs could easily afford to move for him should they wish to do so. Lens could take a step ahead of them, though, as they’re finalising Abdukodir Khusanov’s sale to Manchester City and have the funds to make their move now. They can also devote themselves 100% on the matter. That may give them an advantage over the likes of Brentford and Leicester, who are in the mix for the youngster but not stepping that up for now.
  11. NEMANJA MATIC is reportedly a shock January transfer target for Ipswich Town
  12. Don’t think we will be keeping players on 90k a week if we go down again with an even tighter threshold to meet this time
  13. What’s to say playing one of the academy youngsters, if they did shine the same thing wouldn’t happen and they get sold for pure profit?
  14. Starting his weekend curry and beers
  15. Hopefully they have breached and panicked
  16. It’s probably bollocks, unless we are screwed this season. Having spent 80m so far we will need to sell something or someone to offset expenditure by the end of June.
  17. Question for you, when the club extended accounts to 13 months which obviously includes an additional 12th of total wages and operating costs. Is the next set of accounts only 11 months or is the 13th month included on the next set of accounts as 12 months? “As the change was made to align the club's accounting with the rest of its business. The 13th month had an impact on the club's accounts in a number of ways: Expenses: The club's wage bill increased by £24 million, player amortisation rose by £5 million, and other expenses increased by £4 million”
  18. Who knows, it seems a bit odd that that a few days before the accounts are published he predicts 20 clubs chances of breaching PSR. Lots of chances to get stuff wrong.
  19. I don’t know, one way to check would be to see is if he predicted clubs that have previously breached etc and if he had predicted clubs that would and didn’t. personally, I will take it for what it is a estimate but probably one of the most educated guesses out there.
  20. He does state estimate on the top. “To answer this question perfectly, we would need access to the accounts for the most recent 2023/24 season, so all figures would be available for the 3-year monitoring period used for the PSR calculation, but unfortunately very few of these have been published to date. Therefore, we will have to prepare a forecast for 2023/24 for most Premier League clubs, but we should be able to make a reasonable estimate, as key drivers like on-pitch performance, player sales and purchases are already known.”
  21. Dynamic forecast, based on information that is publicly available
