Doesn’t provide the context it was said in via Gazzetta_it can’t find any link to it. Just interviews to the telegraph before his doc a few days ago probably been taken out of context “Vardy will be 40 in January but there could yet be a final chapter with the forward understood to be open to the prospect of returning to England for one last hurrah. “I’ve always said when the legs tell me it’s enough then that will be the day,” he says. “Fortunately for these boys [slaps both his legs], they’re still telling me they’re fine at the minute. Do I see life after football? Management, no. I’ve never thought that far down the line. I’m very much a ‘get today out the way, go to sleep and see what tomorrow brings’ person. I’ve always been like that, which is annoying to some people I know.”

So he took the job thinking he could succeed, failed and now tells the board why he failed to beat the likes of Sheffield Wednesday. Players are not physical or hungry enough. Meanwhile the other team he got relegated were trouncing them 4-1 in his absence. Personally I rather take the advice of what they need to progress from someone that has got out the division, rather than than a relegation threatened scrubber that was limited to doing the same thing and playing the same formation for 14 weeks without success

Reminds me of a second hand car dealer.

Any of the promoted teams should buy smart, cherry pick the best players from the division because there is a high chance your be back there next year -
Should’ve done better is an understatement. If he had half a brain he would One, realise we have been relegated and keep it shut. Two realise that he has gone from creating the most big chances 23/24 with 32 big chances, to 48th with 8 big chances in 43 starts 75% drop Three had his worst run of form With one goal and one assist in 13 when he was most needed.

Their 2 strikers were 1st and 4th for big chances missed. 40 in total. Which suggests that was the missing piece of their puzzle.

Managers sacked in the championship, Garry makes it to one win in 13 and sneaks a second win with fck all to play for. Should be ashamed to tout himself for the job Watford Still sacked with 3 wins in 15 Saints Still 2 wins in 13 Mason 9 wins in 26 Struber 14 wins from 38 Ismaël 8 wins from 30 Javi Gracia 8 wins from 20 Alan Sheehan 4 wins from 15 Paulo Pezzolano 3 wins from 9

Keeping him would be a sure fire way to make any talented youngster want to leave couldn’t get in the side when they were struggling to win.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
HankMarvin replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Baring in mind he didn’t even play striker last season he has ended up with 12 goals across 2 seasons the other fraud has 7 despite cost about 4 times more and being classed as a striker -
Because they haven’t played a lot of the top teams in a long time. They would effectively be treated like cup finals. Plus the big London games. They would be even more pissed and coked up than normal. They had the most arrests outside the top flight and 11th highest in total in 24/25 and when you consider the capacity compared to the other 11 it puts it in perspective.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

All this focus on Ayew, meanwhile the 25m flop for 5 years disappears into the sunset because he smiles and runs and much like his performances no one even really noticed -
Yeah and the fact they would be getting tonked each week and the inbreds would be seething

Quick maths

Wormy bloke, took the job on in full confidence that he could succeed. Trying to appeal to the fans and board
-
With the win he averaged a point a game. 46 points across the season hard pass

Who Actually Made A Difference 25/26 Season
HankMarvin replied to beepee1984's topic in Leicester City Forum
Nick Di Marco and his 5m fee that could’ve gone on a striker -
They were linked to Rowett clearly made the right choice because despite the defeat he got 5 wins and 20 points from 15
-
Congrats your 3rd win in your last 24 league games Now clean your locker and fook off
-
Some sheep will be getting pregnant tonight
-
Saints boss 68 points from 33 games
-
Apart from that, it’s the 6 point deduction
-
So if we would’ve won today the deduction has effectively cost us our place in the league
-
Edit was looking at Coventry 🤣
