Leadership is shite at all levels within the club. Would like a wholesale change but not going to happen. Has to be the manager first. Mav and Fats ripped this division last time. Winks was unplayable. Fatawu gets a worldy 1 in 5 games and Mav is a ghost of his former self. Feels like we play with no midfield, genuinely feels like we are a man down every game. We don't win any second balls. 

It's all just so painful to watch.

Admittedly my only memory of him was the dub appearance. I was too young to remember anything else. Unfortunately was not too you to remember the rest, including Pressman being lobbed from a goal kick (is that actually correct? As I'm typing it, it sounds to mental to be true). Ward is just beyond words. I don't hate the man, he's doing his best, he's just shite. Anyone who picks him for consecutive games should not consider themselves a professional football manager.

Yeah, he wasn't that bad was he? Plenty of shite before him. Names like Ricardo, Pressman, Nielsen, Douglas easily ahead of him. 

I don't hate the man, that's harsh but he is absolutely nowhere near a 20 mill player. 3 mill max and even then you'd feel let down. 

It's not the opposition we played that annoys me about the draw it's how we played. Scored the goal and then seemed like we just played to pad Winks' pass stats. Sense of urgency (if that's what you can call it) in the last five minutes. Where was that in the entire second half?

Did he sign a new contract??

Martin seems like a nice bloke but he should be nowhere near a professional football team.

Monster Train 2 if it hasn't been mentioned yet is brilliant. Like Slay the Spire but better.

I agree they have had an interesting window but it's dangerous to write them off already. We've seen McKenna is a good manager.

Love the tactical flexibility. So many of the so called "tactical geniuses" are so rigid with their philosophy. Really glad to see Marti isn't on an ego trip and changes it as he sees fit. The high line as many others have pointed out has changed, he's quick to make subs when needed too. 

Best of all, he seems to have got the players working hard and for each other. That has to be the biggest miracle.

Our last 3 manager have been proper billy bullshitters but he seems to get it and be an honest bloke - famous last word of course. 

 

Now, if we can just stop playing Soumare, Skipp and ideally Vesterguaard I'd be a lot happier 

I agree I like his talk, now he needs to follow up with actions.

I like that he's given youngsters a chance (did he have a choice), and makes timely subs when it's not going right.

Good Lord, can you imagine how many they would have had with Ward in goal. Doesn't bare thinking about.

One amazing save and several other very good saves. The one on the line from the corner was pure reflex. Like others have said, he really does well at claiming balls from corners.
