I was more bothered by the sprints one than this to be honest. This is a symptom of the 'style' of play. The sprints is inexcusable, and you can see it consistently when we lose the ball, people ambling to get back, massive gaps in midfield etc. That's just a lack of care.

The U21 league starts up again on Friday, so will get a decent idea of any players getting into Saturday's squad.

This summer could be absolute carnage, manager wise int he Premier League. United have formally announced it'll be a caretaker until the end of the season. I can see Liverpool doing the same in the next week or so. I reckon Howe gets Newcastle another trophy and then departs to one of United or Liverpool. All sorts could go on.
