It’s getting to me just been for walk around the block and as I turned into my road there’s a guy hanging around just back from the corner smoking a fag with tattoos all over his face wearing a Union Jack shirt and my first thought was don’t look get home and lock the doors. Paranoia or justified ?

There might be if ...... A prisoner who has served almost five times his original sentence for a laptop robbery still has no prospect of being released. Abdullahi Suleman, 41, from Cardiff, is still in prison after being handed an Imprisonment for Public Protection, external (IPP) sentence in 2005. These were handed out between 2005 and 2012 to try and keep the most dangerous criminals behind bars, but scrapped after criticism, such as the fact less serious offenders were getting caught up in the provision. Suleman is one of the 2,734 prisoners who remain incarcerated after receiving an IPP sentence - 1,132 of whom have never been released, according to the latest data, external.

With Maresca still here we might not have looked like 'any old club with no project' and been attractive enough to pull in a couple of gems. But we'll never know. But were certainly not attractive with Cooper as manager and we can't afford the big wages that helped attract before. -

I remember being on Viccy Park after one of the play-offs with the players there and the packed park were all singing "We're proud of you, were proud of you etc......." can't see that happening anytime soon. -

Somewhat premature but I'm desperately expectant. Perhaps a change of wording from Cheerio, Cheerio, Cheerio to Cheo, Cheo, Cheo you have to stretch the 'he' a bit. Not sure how his name is pronounced
