  3. Stroud to referee Swans visit to Leicester City January 29, 2024 by Swans Info Hampshire born official Keith Stroud has been appointed the referee for the Swans trip to Championship league leaders Leicester City on Tuesday evening. It will be the second time that Stroud has officiated a Swansea City game this season, having been the man in the middle for the Swans Boxing Day drubbing at Southampton. Referee Stroud will be assisted by Lee Venamore and Mark Russell, with David Webb the 4th Official for the game at the King Power stadium. If you have a read of Keith Stroud’s statistics when officiating Swansea City games, you’ll understand why he isn’t one of the most popular officials with Swansea City fans. Keith Stroud EFL Championship Record 2023/2024 This will be the 15th Championship game that Stroud has taken charge of so far this season, during which he has handed out 72 yellow cards and 1 red card. Four of those yellow cards were shown to Liam Cullen, Josh Tymon, Jay Fulton and Joe Allen during the Swansea’s 5-0 defeat at Southampton on Boxing Day. This will be Stroud’s third Leicester game this season, having overseen the Foxes 3-2 home wins over Millwall last December and the 1-0 win against Sunderland in October. During those games he showed yellow cards to Conor Coady, Wout Faes, Kelechi Iheanacho, Jannik Vestergaard, James Justin and Ricardo Pereira.
  4. A bit disingenuous especially as it was a positive report. Sure there was more than a handful of kids there but he has no way of knowing how many were attending their first game.
  5. Born and Raised in Leicester · What an amazing photograph, I have never seen this one before.. Thank you for sharing it with us David Belgrave Gate 1913 Terry Jones William Stabler Supposedly 1913...Looks more 1920s but definitely Pre 1932..Thats when Charles St was pushed all the way through to Belgrave Gate and the stuff on the right of the main pic was demolished...This was the building that would have been there...Nowadays its the junction of Belgrave Gate and Charles St.....In this pic the red dot is on Belgrave Gate pretty much where the main photo was taken. The road to the right is Bedford St...

There were a handful of kids there who were attending their first-ever match at the King Power Stadium. They got to witness a victory, and a special goal created and scored by two of the club’s greatest-ever players.

  8. I always wonder were why he didn’t go to LCFC games
  9. It might be good to watch but it does nothing to improve going to the match for fans in general. It was this sort of shite and worse that led to all seater stadiums and over zealous policing and 40-50 years to get clubs, seemingly not LCFC and government to grant some form of standing. My kids lost so many opportunities to watch us play due to this sort of shite and I’m still angry about it to this day.

  12. Rusty sills patched up with newspaper and soon filler. My brother had an old banger and he had a piece of string through a in the dash connected to the accelrater lever which he used to pull to accelerate. There were some complete wrecks on the road back then.

  17. His shot stopping was good but his passing was shocking and put us under a lot of pressure. Choudhury looked like he has hangover Felt for Cover who did nothing wrong especially having to play alongside the inept Choudury and made the best pass of the 1st half. Ricardo was the game changer brought the best out of Albrighton and Praet
