Created next to nothing to win the last hour of that game against a Southampton with over half of their U21 squad on the pitch, we are absolutely on our arse
Okoli is a shambles of a footballer.

I keep repeating myself but give it Mowbray until the end of the season.
Can’t help but feel he’s still not well as you’d thought he’d of been a shoe in for some of the vacancies that have come up. Had said on Allardyce’s podcast late last year that he’s ready to go again

I'd get Dyche in, read social media that the forest players didn't like his tough training methods. Now Forest have a luvvydovvy manager to the players and fans
We’d all get Dyche in after the last week…
but read the room, we’re on a crash course towards league one, why on earth would he come here? This has got to stop

Quite surprised I haven’t seen anyone suggest Cambiasso yet, especially now Vardy isn’t around to be against it

Just listened to WYS in full, Stowell mentions he’s spent some time with Pearson this week, and then bangs on about him for the next half an hour. Seems to me that Pearson has made it pretty clear to Stowell that he’s ready and willing, so we can bury this whole “not well” or “wouldn’t work with Rudkin” thing.

Also stupid. You need some intelligence and talent spotting skills to appoint the right people, he has neither. The only positive is that Mike Stowell mentioned on the WYS pod, that Tom Cleverley and Nigel Pearson were at Seagrave a few days ago. Hopefully the great man could be coming back.
26 minutes ago, AjcW said:How has this not been spoken about more?

when did the pod come out?
I’ve just listened, Stowell is saying Pearson came to visit him and Cleverley at Plymouth. Where they’re both working.
Edit: just seen already posted

He won’t want it, he doesn’t get on with John Rudkin.
Not true. Does want it. Club said “no thanks, not at the moment” a couple of weeks back.

Surprised that MON hasn't been mentioned yet. Celtic mate has said they're going to appoint Martinez so he'll be free again soon.
He's not even on the odds list at all.
Would imagine the above would only happen after the World Cup as Martinez is still Portugal manager. Mourinho widely considered to be taking over from him after the World Cup.

As utd did, wearing a colour not associated with our current kits, probably green would be good.
Taking a piece of A4 paper and holding it up on a certain minute of a home game.
Fvck that. Cambodia flags.

Not even remotely read into this bloke but let’s be honest we’ve reached the point of negativity on here/generally that anyone will be shot down when realistically no one cares enough to look into it enough.

Please for the love of god wind it in. Dyche has a 4m payoff in his back pocket, and has the chance of going from the bottom end of the premier league to the bottom end of the championship. Wake up.

I think dyche is more possible than people think. He just seems to love football and has a point to prove. I think he will want to be back in a job as soon as possible.
Now that our situation is clear, I think he would be open to considering it. He was more than happy at burnley with very little room to maneuver, so I think for him a job like ours with the talent available would have lots of pro’s. I think what we discovered in the summer, is that we simply didn’t approach him
Don't want him, but that's a problem/opinion we don't have the luxury of.

Aren't Dyche and Dudkin good mates? That's enough reason not to want him
Yeah I'm pretty sure I had read or watched something that referenced this but can't remember where.
Still don't think that Dyche comes here but defo have some sort of memory of you being right on that one.

It's time this thread stopped being a light hearted piss take and more like the Rudkin thread.
I'm sure you're reading this thread as it (should be) part of your job.
As called by fan-led media, Resign. Move on. The fans do not want to hear this tepid style of communication in the situation we're in.

Good idea for a thread, had something England related to post the other week (which I've forgotten
) and had nowhere to put it.

This is all so exhausting. They probably don't feel a need to have one in for the weekend because its "only" the cup - if they manage to get to the next league game with King still in charge then we've reached new levels.

Rudkin is 100% the type of boss who always has his door closed as he’s on an “important meeting”
But every time you look through the glass pane in the door you’re pretty sure he’s just playing clash of clans
Think Drinkwater has said as much on a podcast before hasn't he? Could never find him when it came to needing to talk to him.
-
Dyche would keep us up, but maintain what I said in the summer that he would be an absolutely dire fit here long term and you'd end up having to pay to sack him within a year. If you could get him on a short term deal then great, ideal, but there's little chance of him coming full stop let alone short term.

Can’t stand Methven. Can’t stand that I’m watching that and nodding in agreement with him. What a time to be alive.

Looks absolutely drained. Wouldn't be surprised if he gave it up.
