I'd have thought that £4.7 billion deserves attention. Can't ignore it just because it's small in comparison.

So each taxpayer is paying £130 per year just for asylum seekers hotels. Plus more for foreign prisoners etc. That's quite a burden to pay for uninvited people, isn't it? Obviously the other figures are eye-watering in comparison but I think the argument is that it shouldn't cost UK taxpayers anything

Apparently the big screens froze on 86 minutes and then went off! No atmosphere, no cheery post match music and no clappers (so not all bad then).

Not sure if the players motive includes the decision to preclude some fans from a Europa League match because of their country of origin. I dont need to challenge anything as the leaders of all major political parties, including the PM, are already doing that.
