Would love to know what is said in the huddle. 'fvck what the gaffer says, do what you want!'

Sounds like I got off lightly! Barring the two weeks of the spots and lifetime painless scarring on my back, I haven't had any adverse effects since then. Even when I went to the doctor thinking I had some kind of food poisoning or allergic reaction to something, she knew straight away it and diagnosed it was shingles.

Should win with that side. Comfortable. And we get to save players for Saturday. Man Utd safely through to the next round!

I can count on my hand the number of times I have seen this 'ability to run and carry the ball'. Russia 3 seasons ago was one of them. Skipp has also shown such a quality in his short time here already. Skipp has more aggression, awareness, physicality, comfortability on the ball than Soumare has ever shown in his time here.

Shit to hear about Stokes' family being burgled by a masked gang while he was in Pakistan. Hope they catch the willy pullers. -
If I recall correctly, Chelsea, Everton & Arsenal have all suffered quite badly as well with serious knee injuries.

A very small minority, I hasten to add...

Exactly the position I'm in. After the decimation of about a decade or so of public services, in spite of money borrowed by government, I wouldn't mind if the work started now for those services to be improved. I'm not naive enough to think it'll happen overnight (or within the next 12-18 months) but the improvements have to start somewhere. Obviously proof is in the pudding. Hopefully the NHS, transportation, social care etc does start to see an improvement...

Was in Marrakech, went on some tour/excursion about an hour's drive up in some mountains. Very hot day, about halfway up the mountain we were climbing, started getting a bad headache and feeling dehydrated. Drank lots of water and took paracetamol etc. but didn't really improve my condition. Started getting stomach cramps and really needed to go for a shit. Held it in for a bit, but after I while, I said to the tour guide that I needed to go to the toilet. In that moment, I heard the exact opposite of what I wanted to hear. 'There are no toilets til we get back down'. FFS. Carried on holding it for a bit more, then really had to go. Said to the tour guide again, and he could see the desperation in my face. Knowing full well there were no toilet options, the best he could find for me was behind a large boulder/rock. I looked at him in bewilderment (but also knowing there was nothing else he could do!). I crouched down and the rest of the group I was with had to sheepishly look away. As I was down, the dirtiest, smelliest and runniest shit left my body and pooled itself right below me. It looked so smooth though . I barely felt it leave my arse it was that runny. One of those shits where you can feel the relief all the way through your body, and you feel a bit of life come back in to you. Whatever toxic shit was in my body had been released. I had about half a bottle of water left to 'clean' myself. No toilet paper. Just a quick spurt and a bit of ring sting for the next couple of hours. Eventually made it back to the minibus we were on. Felt fine by then, albeit not 100%, but it was the most awkward journey back. Don't think many words were said . Got back home, went to the doctors. Turns out it was the start of my shingles misery...

Whilst it's good to see our own players there, it's probably not the best stat list to be included in. To me that signifies a lot of attacks for the opposition, and that Faes/Okoli have had to be in those positions to make that many blocks. It's good they do, but ideally you don't want them with high figures on this list. In a way it demonstrates the weakness of the team regardless of opposition (as if it wasn't obvious already).

Tories 'borrowed £127bn' according to the OBR

Not a trophy, true, but definitely a personal victory to have such a record stand the test of time for nearly 3 decades.

It's cost per journey which is the worst think. Compared to some European countries it's vastly more expensive. Not to mention constant delays and cancellations. Some standard of trains on some lines/networks is pretty decent though.

Being the top PL goalscorer of all time is something though let's be honest

Would fit right into that representative party...

And you just happened to stumble upon it around lunchtime on a Wednesday afternoon...

I don't know what to believe, but I do know they shouldn't be discussing this criminal investigation as freely as they are in public.

1-1 heading into the 90th minute. Cooper prepares to make a sub, Hermansen for Ward. Man Utd get distracted and Ayew pops up with a shinned volley from outside the box...
-
Comparing to trains over here it's insane. Costs triple for me alone to get from Bedford to London!

According to transfermarkt: King - 38 Nugent - 33 Fryatt - 31

Haha yep. Beat us twice then hire him

It gets better

RVN has a favourable set of games to get through if they do take their time hiring someone. Similar to what Solskjaer had, and then got the job full time. Chelsea, Leicester, Ipswich and a couple of Europa League games for the whole of Nov.

Is Kevin Hollinrake dumb? I didn't know those details about 'terrorist offences' and actually being charged with terrorist incident, and that the guy had possession of a US military study into Jihad actions and Al-Qaeda, as opposed to 'possession Al-Qaeda material' which was the headline peddled around. Government only found out a few weeks apparently, which Hollinrake appears to totally ignore. And that it's fine for Jenrick/Badenoch to provide running commentary but not when it's PM or other politicians. For not, it's not right for there to be any political commentary on this kind of thing, whoever it comes from and that it's actually a Police/CPS matter.
