NZ up for it now. SL have thrown it a bit. NZ were 88-6 at one point after about 13 overs. Now 152-6 by the end of the 19th. -

SL up for this one... -
Bodo haven't even started their season yet
-
I know we've got them on the last day which could be a big 6 pointer, but Blackburn's 3 games leading up to the final day aren't pretty - Coventry, Sheff Utd and Southampton.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
StanSP replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I reckon he's just mentally done here. He's not worth giving minutes to. I'd rather play Mukasa or Richards (?) up top if/when Daka isn't playing. I'm not entirely sure Ayew gives us anything worthwhile any more, not that he gave us a lot since he joined anyway. -
That doesn't answer my question He was totally fine tonight, in fact barely put a foot wrong. He has been poor overall, but can't fault him for anything tonight.
-
QPR fans clapping that 5-0 loss away from home. Some other fans discussing whatever with a couple of players
-
Hopefully you've not counted Thomas for tonight?
-
Very good today. Blocked crosses well, stayed tight to the winger, got forward often and didn't seem to be beaten in the air much. Don't remember any mistakes he made or times where I thought he was out of position or being exposed.

Big game if we want to capitalise on what has been about 1 and a half's worth of good performance. I hope one day it'll all just click and the hard work pays off and we absolutely batter a team. Mukasa clearly has so much quality so our attacks have to be built through him. Hopefully Fatawu is fit enough to start because if he and Mukasa can tick, it can only mean good things. I've noticed because of our work rate under Rowett that we get players in the box more frequently as well as players working hard defensively and getting blocks in and making it difficult for opposition especially Boro tonight. Things are looking promising but need to build on this consistency.
-
I imagine Rowett has seen the stats on our running and effectiveness in all parts of the pitch and just demanded a shit load of more effort from everyone. Whether it's sprints forward, tracking back, playing the ball forward quicker. Visibly it's a remarkable improvement within a week to get some tangible results. This hard work pays off eventually. Just hope we haven't left it too late...

Given our fall in stock and reputation I think I'd keep him if we survive.
-
Mavididi and Ayew useless. Time for Monga to be given a go on Saturday. Good to see Fatawu back too.
-
Whatever Rowett is doing is clearly feeding through to the players. Can't vouch for individual brain dead mistakes. Thomas did well defensively. I know that's not a regular occurrence but credit where due.

Battling point. At times thought we could have won.. Vast improvement in our resilience and fight. Skipp and Winks superb I thought. Especially defensively and the ground they covered.

You can sense we've gone into catastrophe mode.
