I actually completely agree that both Christian and Islamic followers are heavily persecuted. In fact, anyone who subscribes to a religion, cult, group, gang, culture etc will be persecuted by those who are apart of a different one. That's human nature.

 

I was not posting to state that Jews are singlehandedly persecuted or are the most persecuted. My point was that Jews ARE persecuted, they have been throughout history. Have you heard of anti-Semitism? It's quite a known thing?

 

There are lots of history scholars and theologist's who believe that Jesus dying on the cross at the hands of the Jewish people was a huge contributing factor to anti-Semitism. Two notable occasions that are heavily debated, on the grounds of whether Christian anti-Semitism is the route cause, are the Russification during The Russian Revolution and The holocaust.

 

I also agree with you that there is a huge amount of propaganda in the media and of course I don't believe everything I hear. I make educated decisions based on what I know is fact and the sources of information that prove it.
