Benji Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Just get rid of the guns full stop. Relatively few people in the USA could argue that they genuinely need one. Never going to happen. It's seen as a constitutional right.
ealingfox Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Never going to happen. It's seen as a constitutional right. Yeah but so were other things that became dated and were consequently amended. Needing to own a gun is now dated in a lot of States. If you live somewhere with bears or other potentially dangerous animals then its perhaps fair enough, otherwise theres no need to have one.
Webbo Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 There are 100s of millions of guns in the US and a large section of the population that doesn't want to give them up. The US govt couldn't get rid of guns if they wanted to.
