I'll admit it's hardly ideal, but at least this guy's had some decent managerial experience, perhaps not in England but at least he's been around Spain and not Bulgaria!

Steve Bruce is 2 1/2 years older than Nigel Pearson and just got relegated with Hull.

Harry Redknapp is more than 16 years older than Pearson and looks like he's finally been found out at QPR.

Before pearsons latest stint, we ourselves had a colossal amount of managers, in a short space of time. All were pretty shit, consistency is only good if you have the right man in charge.
