In the report from the link it says

Einarsson is the player who has notched most goals from midfield this season in the Tippeligaen and has also impressed on international duty.

Re strikers, maybe, just maybe MA realises he bought a pup with Blake and Morris just like he did with Curtis.

Re midfielders, maybe he sees him as cover for Williams, 4 central midfielders for me is not enough.
