Good managers inspire their players, and this guy is utterly uninspiring. He's got coaching badges coming out of his ears, but as a manger he's nothing more than an actor pretending to be a manager. Yes he's fluked a Dutch title, but a blind pig can find an acorn once in a while, and as you say he has to be on the way out there already. Mind you, the players there are shit but he does not posses the charisma to get the best out of what he's got. To be fair, he spent £50m in the summer didn't he? The players shouldn't be too shit!
