Interesting thing for me is that no matter how much credit we get, nobody outside city fans mentions Kante. Been up the with vards and mahrez this season and for some reason nobody mentions him.

It's not like he's a quiet player, he's everywhere!

To be honest, Kante's the answer to Arsenal's problems – so the less he gets mentioned the better for us....

He's becoming a bit of a parody of himself I think, but still a good watch. 'Vahrez and Mardy' made me laugh lol

Yeah, the True Geordie is a bit of a character but he has more knowledge, passion, and charisma of Football in general and Newcastle than anyone else. I'm more interested in his predictions and wrap ups than any real pundit. I think it would be tough for him to transition into a "real" pundit considering he's so in your face and cusses like a sailor but if any of the youtube/bedroom warrior pundits tried to make it on TV, I wish it is him.

Not a good time for the Toon at the moment, Newcastle should have this lad in the dressing room at half time as an inspirational motivator.

If they ever appoint Martin Allen they may well do.

If we win all our remaining games, we're champions.

It's in our own hands.

Also, if we win all our remaining games we do the great escape again - according to the pundits.

Exactly lol just about scrapped that relegation battle that we have been in all season

I would 1 up a lot more people on here if I could do so on mobile lol

Couldn't have gone better. Absolutely comfortable, classy win and plenty of Geordie booing which is always hilarious. We were excellent. People can bang on about us having 'easy fixtures' but look at the way Arsenal have lost at the West Brom side we murdered. Look at Man Utd failing to score today against that utter dross.

We look a lot more solid now as well I think. Goals conceded are coming from silly individual errors rather than poor organisation.

We were a class above them in every department.

It's just surreal. I'm about two wins off thinking we'll make Europe.

lmao i said this;

we just play with one centre back its newcastle mate they are dog shit I'm surprised we've got any defenders on the pitch let alone the bench

in the match thread not long before kick off

Nah I meant when they played Newcastle at home - it's a bit of a counter argument to those saying Leicester have only beaten the rubbish. We might have done, but the usual top sides on a few occasions haven't. The only game this season where I think we really did drop points was Bournemouth, and given the timing of the game (still early in Ranieri's reign) I have a degree of sympathy. We play Bournemouth now, we win the game, I am sure of it.
