Socks Posted 22 December 2015 Posted 22 December 2015 Collymore's a walking set of **** and balls yeah he was an ok player but some of the stuff he's been coming out with recently is moronic and pointless, i cant stand him personally, makes out hes like a professor of football PHD but at the end of the day hes just a typical dumb brummie and ill never forgive him for what he did to my Ulrika-ka-ka-ka
Deucalion Posted 22 December 2015 Posted 22 December 2015 At the end of the 20s, in the period where Huddersfield won 3 consecutive titles, Leicester were second and third behind them. From memory so might be wrong.
ourlines Posted 22 December 2015 Posted 22 December 2015 Lads, keep reading this forum ever since Prekigate, and after 'that' thread (WTF logo), I've found it hilarious that after all that brilliant nonsense you are top of the league! Any way, I truly think that Leicester will win the title - and in a few years from now, where sadly it's likely some of your stars will end up in the media's favourite clubs, it will be clear that the likes of Kante, Vardy, Mahrez et al were a truly exceptional team. So, Merry Xmas - and if you've not seen this moderately amusing site, I thought I'd share it with you - https://usasoccerguy.teemill.co.uk/product/leicester-soccer-foxes-jersey/
ARM1968 Posted 22 December 2015 Posted 22 December 2015 It's doing the establishments collective heads in that teams like us, Watford and Palace are doing so well. Bournmouth appear to be on the up and no one likes that either. We are upsetting the status quo. Thing is most fans, apart from the big 4, seem pretty happy that it's happening. For years you couldn't see anyone outside of 5 clubs challenging for the top 4, and recently only two have really been in contention for the title regularly. This season is a breath of fresh air sweeping through the stale halls of the pundits and pricks who make their parasitic living from football. We may well drift away as the season progresses, but I wouldn't bank on that as long as we play our fast, direct and incisive brand of football. Same goes for Watford and Palace. Shacking the foundations is a good thing - long may it continue.
Guy Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 1928-29 I am sure we finished runner up to Sheffield Wednesday? I stand corrected - they did indeed. Thanks for that, best brush up on my LCFC history!
