Calling all Melbourne Foxes!

To all Melbourne, Victorian, even, Foxes,

this coming Sunday night the Savoy Tavern on Bourke Street, Melbourne, will be screening our massive clash against Manchester United.

They are urging Leicester City Supporters across the City, and the state of Victoria, to make their way to the pub for this one.

There's an event on Facebook which the Savoy Tavern have made and is gradually growing momentum.

I know it's a Sunday night and it might be difficult for some people to make their way to the CBD for it given the next day is a working day. I'll be working the next day also, but given the situation I will not be missing this for anything.

This will big massive and i'll do what i can to make sure we get a News crew to cover the scenes for the night.

I'm sure the Foxes fans that are going would love to see a large turn out of Foxes there.

Let's take over, this will be our night. Come on down and make this a massive night to remember!

Up the Foxes!

Just sent this link to ex Loughborough best mates in Melbourne..

Appreciate. Won't be able to sit still all week. Should be a good night!

For a minute there I actually thought you meant Melbourne, Derbyshire.

I hope no one else has had that same thought haha

I'm either Savoy or Dickens, would like all supporters to watch it toghether rather than be split between 2 different pubs.

Bourke st imperial will be showing it aswell.... Big screen in there. Im thinking savoy as there is an event organised etc

I'm leaning towards the Savoy as well as they created an event and seem keen to get a few people there.

Do i rock up to work still pissed on Monday morning or try and convince her for another day off work even tho i fly to Leicester for 3 weeks on the Thursday?

the savoy looks the goods at this stage just because of how popular the Facebook even has become, there was talk of a meet up at the dickens which would have been a better venue in my opinion but as mentioned by others its probably best that we go where the masses will be.

Maybe we need to get a proper organized supporters club sorted and have a few meetups each year at the dickens. great venue, big screen and a better atmosphere if full of fans.

I agree with you. We used to have meet ups a couple times a year at the Dickens when we were in the Championship going back 7 or 8 years ago.

Dickens is a better venue but seems like i'll follow the masses to the Savoy.

I think most of you have history with the Charles so that might be the ideal meet up point for our supporter group. If any of you and heading to the Savoy if you have any supporter group flags feel free to bring those

I've got a cushy desk job so may fall asleep at my desk.

We might all need to distance ourselves from the drinks lol.

A shame it's not a Saturday night fixture for us
