foxtillidrop Posted 12 November 2016 Posted 12 November 2016 A big foundation of our success in recent years has been the consistency in the team sheet from week to week - we need consistency. Shinji needs to start and play the first 60 minutes and we could do with a third central midfielder. Get Jeff Schlup back to his best - his direct approach has been crucial in some of the away games in recent years. We might have too many forwards and not enough central midfielders. Vardy seems to be carrying an injury - maybe his groin - doesn't seem to play with the same intensity as 12 months ago. He used to chase down everything with the speed and intensity of a greyhound but seems to have changed his game since the start of this calendar year. We won the premier league!! We should salute these champions and enjoy every moment - in 10 years time, we will reminisce about the 15/16 team and these players.
Wymsey Posted 12 November 2016 Posted 12 November 2016 Starting to think Albrighton's recent rather poor performances and his omission from the line-up have effected things somewhat. He was VERY reliable last season, but his performance has seemed to drop off a bit.
