Sudafed plugs?

Anyone know anything similar to these. They've been discontinued now and I'm struggling with my breathing currently. Ridiculously bunged up. Sniffing smelling salts and vicks is no good!

A few drops of Olbas oil on your pillow or in a bowl of boiling water should do the trick

It's a spray but 2 sprays in each nostril and you breathe better than ever for about 8 hours.
