Ric Flair Posted 3 October 2005 Posted 3 October 2005 I was absolutely pissed out of my face on saturday but even I remember how good Ryan Smith was. I can't remember being that excited about a player since Stan Collymore. Shame the lad has a 3 game ban to serve, but you can't keep a good man down. Sven needs to look no further than Smudger for the vacant spot on the left wing for England. He is awesome and i'd say he's better than Pele was at his age. Nuff said. I'm still leathered.

At one point he had the ball and he was running with it and flicked it to the back of his feets and then spun it round his body, the defender didn't know what hit him. Phenomenal.

Try not to insult Collymore by putting in him the same bracket as Smith and Pele. Both of their skills put together would equal Collymore's talent with a hangover and broken leg. Still think Colly would demand a 1st team start unfit for Chelski IMO.
