Yeah that's a pretty decent effort actually   The 'rz' is tricky here, it's better to pronounce it 'sch' in this case.  

I'd just call him Zdyb to make things easier. So 'Zdeeb' would be just about passable (don't really know how to explain Polish 'y', so let's just no bother...).

Anyway his mates probably call him Przemek, Przemo or Zdybek, these are the diminutives. So it would be 'Pscheh-meck' (that's the easiest I think and the most accurate, mind you the 'scheh' is like in Scheherezade),  'Pscheh-moh' and 'Zdee-beck'. 

I hope the lad turns out to be a proper footballer, I'd hate these Polish lessons go to waste!
