Race for 7th spot and Europe

With that FA Cup quarter final draw unfolding as it has, it means 7th spot is almost definitely going to be a European spot (unless we win the Cup )

 

We've got a lot to play for in the remaining 11 league games.

I'd rather win the FA Cup anyway. We aren't going down so we should put everything into trying to win the FA Cup.

Well we can go for both but the way the draw has opened up we'll probably need to beat 3 out of Man City, Man United, Spurs and Chelsea to do so.....7th is much more realistic

It is - and the Arsenal game being postponed means we could feasibly end up have arsenal and spurs as our last two fixtures. 9 games before then and we must aim for 20 points  min

I hope we don't lose the pace of things in these next 11 games. The chance to finish 7th and qualify for Europe should be the aim for the players.

I agree with that. Our best shot at a silverware was rather that carioca Cup or whatever it's called and now it's gone. Frankly I don't see us beating the Spuds or any of the Manchester teams. We seem to be damned against Arsenal and they're still in the run.

 

I know this cup means a lot for lot of fans, but realistically speaking 7th  in the league should be what to aim for. A european tour would be great.
