The best way to honour Vichai....

I'm sure we've all thought of what's the best way to do this over the last few days... 

Personally I think the ultimate tribute to him is for us all to be kinder to each other,  quit the verbal bullying that sometimes happens on here and just basically be kinder to everyone.. Perhaps take these thoughts outside of FT and do one or two 'giving' type deeds that may help someone you know who's struggling right now,  that doesn't have to be financial,  it maybe just a phone call to chat and help with someone's problems? 

What has hit me in recent days was Vichai 's generous heart and although that maybe alot easier to do for a billionaire , I believe it was the things he done that cost nothing that really made him the man he was. 

To honour this man we have all grieved for this week.. Let's all promise to make a difference to someone in our lives.

Vichai wanted us to be a family. Let’s just all be united together and cut out all this puel in/out bollocks , be one, and get behind the team.

I'm by no means a cliche, looking back to take some perspective, instagram, hashtag kind of person. But this week i have certainly been consciously (or unconsciously) trying to 'be more like Vichai' - helping some homeless people with food, being kinder to people etc etc.
