CARABAO CUP QUARTER-FINAL: FIXTURE

The potential dates of Manchester City's Carabao Cup Quarter-Final fixture against either Leicester or Southampton have been announced.

The outcome of the Fourth Round tie between the Foxes and the Saints will determine which date the last eight encounter will take place.

 

If Leicester triumph, we travel to the King Power Stadium on Tuesday 18 December with the game broadcast live on Sky Sports.

 

Should Southampton progress, we will head to St Mary's on Wednesday 19 December. The game will not be selected for television coverage.

 

Kick-off times and ticket details are yet to be confirmed

Hahahaha so basically if it's Southampton then sky ain't arsed about the game as they're doggo but if it's vs us then it's on.

Sort of. The boring answer is that Soton can only play on Wednesday, and they've already picked Arsenal v Spurs for that slot!
