People not voting 10 for Simpson and Okazaki have no sense of fun! As for people who's lost their confidence in the manager (down 4%)....

Season ending game with players thinking of holidays or new clubs and no real intent by either side. A few good chances for Chelsea, and they maybe should have won but for poor finishing. We had a couple of decent chances too, maybe a possible penalty if Vardy had gone down when he was through, and a better pass from Vardy to Tielemans may have resulted in a clear cut chance too. Only a loss would have affected our league position (as Everton drew and Watford lost), so result suited both sides perfectly.

 

Personally, I think 9th position after such an emotional season is an excellent result, and I can see us really challenging for between 4th and 6th next season, as Chelsea, Arsenal & Man Utd need a huge revamp. 

 

Kasper -7- Great save early on and a clean sheet. 

 

Ricardo -8- My MOTM. Excellent runs and did well defensively too.

Evans -7- Solid.

Maguire -7- Did OK, but asleep for a couple of Chelsea runs.

Chilwell -7- Some great runs, but no real end product. Defended well.

 

Ndidi -6- Not as good as in recent games.

 

Choudhury -7- Ran and ran. Good tackles. I really like him.

 

Albrighton -6- Tried hard as usual, with no results.

Tielemans -7- A shame he didn't score with his long shot. Would have been a great end to his spell here.

Maddison -7- Some nice touches. Hoping he'll really kick on next season as he should have learnt a lot this season.

 

Vardy -6- Some decent runs. Poor pass which should have set up Tielemans.

 

Okazaki -6- Will miss his smile and his effort. 

Simpson -6- Can still do a very good job for a club.

Barnes -6- Like Maddison, I'm looking forward to watching him next season. Great talent.

 

Rodgers -7- So far so good. Now the honeymoon is over and the hard work starts. It'll be interesting to see what his transfer window brings and how he sets us up after a proper pre-season. 

 

Chelsea -6- Nothing special. If the transfer ban holds up, they could be in for a tough next season, especially if they lose Hazard.

 

Ref -6- Didn't notice him do too much wrong.
