MA : “We’ve got no money. That was our best team out there against Walsall. They’re an experienced team and we were no match for them. Someone wasn’t doing their job during a set-piece, but we’ll continue to work on the training ground and get it right. After the game, I questioned the players desire to fight for the right to play football on our own pitch. This is a time for brave men. Keep the faith, and we can finish in 20th place....couldn’t lend us £5 million could ya? No? Thought not."

Scrowcoft : "The fans were superb against Walsall. When we ran out and saw the NTL Stand half-full, we almost cryed. I think the ‘bring one babe – invite two more for free’ ticket offer was awesome and its nice to see that the fans and their babes responded. The fans – not the babes – are our 12th man and we can’t do fook all without them."

Dion Dublin : "MA brought me from Leicester. I’m on a pay-as-I-score contract and I hope to do well here. I know that me and Pele – I mean, Dele - can form a good partnership....what do you mean Dele was sold????!? When did this happen!?!? Fooking hell!! ....anyway, I urge the fans to Save our Academy. Please."

Dele : "Its hard to see Coventry where they are – but I know, KNOW – that they have enough quality to survive in Division 1. Meanwhile, I’m enjoying life at Sheff. Utd and I’m looking forward to playing against Chelsea next week, if selected."

Danny Tiatto : "MA brought me from Leicester. I’m on a pay-as-I-hoof contract and I hope to do well here. I hope to bring some quality hoofing to the Richo Arena. Its important that the fans back us and we’re really looking forward to playing Oldham next week. The fans are important to us and we hope that the ‘buy one pie – get chips for free’ offer results in a good crowd. We had 12,000 for the opening game of the season against Doncaster and it would be nice to beat that for the Oldham game."

Jason Wilcox : "Hi! It was hard to leave Leicester but I’m looking forward to playing for Coventry."

The Chairman : "We need 30,000 fans (not including any pets and inflatable dummies they bring) to come to games at our superb stadium. By doing this, we’ll be able to give MA £60,000 to spend in the transfer window. We all need to back the manager and the players. This is all part of our 50-year plan to bring Premiership football back to Coventry....no, I’m sorry, I can’t tell you why the tea lady was sacked last week – she signed a confidentiality clause in her contract."

Sad thing is yeah its prolly true :D

Do feel for em I dont know what MA was thinking getting so many (shit) ex Leicester players in.

I am left wondering how on earth did he take us into the premeier league?!

It's indicative of how shit we are that it's still deemed necessary to mock players and staff that left us some time ago.

I thought Dele adebola was still with them?

He is, that's why it's title 'One Year From Now' :)

Has Mickeh stopped referring to himself in the third person now?
