Cat Burger Posted 6 November 2005 Posted 6 November 2005 Come on!! 'go back where you came from'? You people should be ashamed. The people to blame are P*O*L*I*T*I*C*I*A*N*S, not real humans. Who is speaking for the Hindu race in this case? A group of Politicians. Who is currently raping Iraq of oil? A politician/Hick. Who tried to kill all the Jews? A politician/Maniac. Although the examples vary in significance (and obviously I'm not comparing Hindu leaders to Hitler) the principle is the same. Whether you agree or not, venting your anger on an entire race is bloody pig-ignorant.
Alexikokopops Posted 6 November 2005 Posted 6 November 2005 If they dont like it. They should frig back to where it is they're from. Just my opinion. My sister's boyfriend's from England, and was born and raised in England, and is a Hindu, where can he frig off to?
Thracian Posted 6 November 2005 Posted 6 November 2005 Let's have some perspective here, there are people dying unecessarily all over the world from natural disasters, wars, desease etc, etc and people are getting pissed off over a postage stamp. I'm not a particualarly religeous person but I was raised as a Christian in a Church of England Childrens Home and regularly attended both church and Sunday School and that stamp seems to have no less significance to Christian Christmas than Santa Claus and Christmas Trees - it's been produced for exactly the same reason as them to make money for the post office or whoever from stamp collectors so let's just accept they made a mistake and get on with the more important things in our lives that all serious religions should be doing like families, friends, humanity in general, all living creatures and the environment - everything else is materialistic hogwash. Ah - the voice of sanity (while it's permitted!).
The People's Hero Posted 6 November 2005 Posted 6 November 2005 Wh at the fock has Santa got to do with religion? Do you think he's mentioned in the bible?
