I know exactly what you mean I hate the general public too!!!

after working with The GP for a good few years I have grown to really hate them they don't seem to have any manners or be able to say simple things like please and thank you!!!

I know exatly what you mean, my job is outdoors in all weathers I work as part of a gang we do get some that say thanks but not often most just want to complain that we're not doing our job properly or we'll get the odd one or two that we're there for them and nobody else, one good example the other day i'm picking up litter (yes that is my Job I'm a Street cleaner for the Borough Council here in Northampton) anyway i was walking along the road litter picking and i'm passing a bus shelter as this elerly couple were aproaching the stop, theres a bit of glass around it and the old girl says and i quote "It's about time the Council Swept all this glass up, trouble is it isn't my job to do it around bus shelters the Bus company have their own people to do that.

One another note the down side to my job is the disposal of dead animals and i've had allsorts from Cats and Dogs to things like Deer, Badgers i've even picked a Snake, but it's not only animals i have to pick up allsorts of unpleasant things that it's best not to go into detail about as it'll put you off eating.

I have to endure the general public on a daily basis as part of my job.

As a rule, they are greedy, lying little feckers out to get all they can. Sadly, no part of my job description allows me to either say that to their faces, or punch them in the neck.
