Been in the states for about a week and this trip is going to do lasting damage to my fitness 😂 managed to do a few shorter runs so far though.

 

Boston is a great city to run in, trails/paths along the river with literally hundreds running on all the time. Did 5k in Houston yesterday after a stormy day and the humidity was insane. No shock that there were literally no other runners out.

Enjoy mate! 

Haven't been to those places but didn't enjoy running in the centre of cities over there where I have been. The crossings and stop start nature of it really frustrated me!

 

On my way home from Scotland/Northumberland and my shins/legs ache from the hills and wearing old shoes 😂 Stunning scenery though
