Benji Posted 25 November 2005 Posted 25 November 2005 does anyone watch this on friday nights? if i don't go out i'll make sure i watch it, everyweek he has about 5 acts all of completely different genre. It's not all blues like you'd expect, Rufus Wainwright, editors, snow patrol, keane, arctic monkeys, KT tunstall, robbie williams basically everyone who is anyone Series Acts it can be good to listen to some of the foreign music sometimes, something different. Jools isn't half bad with his piano either... but i can only think of that whisky (or whatever it was) advert he did when i see him...

stez Posted 26 November 2005 Posted 26 November 2005 i think it wasthe last in the series lastnight as hes said something (i was only 1/2 listening to) about 'seeing us again' at the hootmany (however its said/spelt) i watched it last night for the first time in ages. the rakes (i think they were called) were good, as was the spanish lady who sang just once. and david grey is always good!
