I'm completing Abraham's Tea Round in June 2023 with some pals - for CRY (Cardiac Risk in Young) as my 31 years nephew (well nieces partner) died playing football in Syston in May 2022. 
 

please 🙏 if anyone could share my link and throw a few quid in the kitty I would be grateful - thanks in advance

Top man. Lad at work lost his son in similar circumstances and does lots for that charity. Great cause.

For anyone who is not sure what Abrahams Tea Round (aka George Fishers Tea Round) it's a 30 mile trail run with 12000ft of incline that starts and finishes in Keswick, Cumbria 

 

Now I do a bit of running fair play but bloody hills I hate so 12000ft of incline will be a bit testy to say the least 😳
