City boss Micky Adams said: "Chris has been involved with the reserves this season but has a number of strikers ahead of him. He's still only a young lad and the experience he gains from a loan spell with Notts County in League Two will stand him in good stead for the future."

This might just be the challenge that makes him or breaks him at Leicester. Got plenty of raw potential, but needs to step up a gear to make it for us. I hope he does, very quick and tricky.

Hopefully he will do what Defoe did when he went out on loan before he played 1st team football, WestHam loaned him out to Bournmouth (i think) and he scored quite a few which led him to 1st team football at Westham, come on O'Grady!

I said I hope he goes to Notts C and scores quiet a few goals for them so he can boost his chances of getting into the 1st team, like Defoe did when he went onloan to Bournmouth. Did anyone think Defoe would do as well as he did at Bournemouth scoring the amount of goals he did and then come back into the Premiership and make the same impact with West Ham and then go and break into the England team?!
