There is a thread on Cannon 4 posts down. But I don't think scoring 4 against Portsmouth proves he's the real deal be interested to see how he plays for the rest of the season.

This only highlights what I knew already. Cannon has potential but the gulf between the Championship and the PL is probably the biggest in the world.

Nevertheless, our manager last season failed to give him a proper go in the championship, preferring Daka.  It's a shame.  Had he been given a proper run last season then he might have developed sufficiently to be a useful option up front this season.
